I am so glad you liked it. And it does make a wicked little grilled sandwich, with some nice Jamon Madrange. I like this cheese so much that when one is available I buy an entire wheel for myself. At 20 pounds, that’s a lot of cheese. Maybe your Lady and I can go in together on a wheel next time.
