Way back in the day before I joined and brought my elan to the family, The Lady discovered that The Man was a real “meat and potatoes” kind-of-a-guy. He claimed to not like chicken or fish; preferring beef to all other proteins… The Lady worked diligently the last 30+ years to change this mindset with only a modicum of success. So… when I asked The Man to design his favorite grilled cheese, it came as no surprise that he went with rare roast beef…

Ingredients:

Real Mayonaise – if you make your own, you’ll never buy mayo again

Marbled Rye Bread

Boar’s Head Londonport Rare Roast Beef, thinly sliced and piled high (gluten-free)

Boar’s Head Horseradish Cheddar, also piled high (gluten-free)

Boar’s Head Deli Style Mustard (gluten-free)
