We love Beemster Goudas and chose their Mustard Gouda for today’s Grilled Cheese. This semi-soft cheese is rich and creamy with whole mustard seeds adding to the taste sensation and not overwhelming. And of course, with bacon, you can never go wrong. We don’t get enough bacon around the manse, but when we do, The Lady always serves Boar’s Head.
