Happy Easter to everyone!!!
Hope it was a hopping good time!! After 3 weeks of humankind Grilled cheese recipe, The Lady acquiesced and agreed to let me choose the meats for the last week of “April is Grilled Cheese Month“. It seemed only fitting to begin my creations with a grilled cheese that includes Sylvilagus audubonii.
The Lady and I count among our friends, Gaetano Auricchio, whose birthday is today. First, a birthday shout out to Gaetano, the birthday boy!! Woohoo!!
Gaetano is also a VP at BelGioioso Cheese and son of its founder… so I chose BelGioioso’s Fontina, a tasty and creamy cheese that melts so perfectly that The Lady uses this cheese in her mac n cheese recipes quite often.
