April is Grilled Cheese Month: #7 Sartori Merlot Bellavitano with Vintner’s Kitchen’s Fiery Chipolte Wine Mustard and Calebrese

The Lady and I love the “flavored” Bellavitano’s that Sartori creates and makes… you just can’t beat their delish Bellavitano… love the Merlot offering

The Lady decided to pair the Merlot B with Italian cured Calabrese and a spunky mustard from local fave, Vintner’s Kitchen from the Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon… this time she chose their Fiery Chipolte Wine Mustard.

She served this grilled cheese on an onion bagel… yummers…
