The line of flavored Bellavitano Cheeses from Sartori is just about one of the finest collections of delicious cheeses.
We have reviewed many of them over the years and will be reviewing (I’m thinking another 4 Paws cheese review…), separately, today’s choice for our Grilled Cheese Extravaganza… Bellavitano rubbed with Espresso.
Not only is the rind gorgeous, but the pairing of Bellavitano and Espresso… bellisimo!!!
The Lady wants more greens in our diet and chose fresh asparagus which she shaved (using a carrot peeler) – another perfect pairing of flavors…
