Noosa Yoghurt – Colorado Fresh – Made With A Recipe From Down Under…

While The Lady was in Denver last summer she discovered Noosa Yoghurt… when she returned last week, she ate Noosa every morning for breakfast and sometimes for a late night snack in her hotel room… being on the road isn’t a lot of fun… being away from moi… and I suppose she also misses The Man… that’s what she tells him… but we all know her heart belongs to the Feline Foodie… but I digress…

However, one of the fun things about being on the road is discovering local foods that are yummy and good for you… Noosa Yoghurt is one of those finds for The Lady… oh that we could buy it here in the Pacific Northwest…

Noosa is named after a small shire on the Sunshine Coast of Australia where the founders of Noosa Yoghurt lived before traveling and settling in the Colorado Foothills. There’s even a National Park there named… Noosa…

Noosa Yoghurt is made in small batches daily at Morning Fresh Dairy by family and happy cows living together on their farm… Colorado Fresh…

The Lady enjoyed all the flavors: Mango, Peach, Honey, Blueberry, Strawberry-Rhubarb and Raspberry. Being a Georgia Girl at heart, her favorite is the Peach followed closely by the Raspberry.

According to The Lady, this Yoghurt is rich and thick like what we get here and known as “Greek Yogurt”. Noosa was inspired by the Greek style and added a bit of honey from Beeyond the Hive to it, pairing sweet and tangy together. This velvety Yoghurt lays on top of the fruit puree inside a clear container… so you can see what you are buying.

The Lady give Noosa Yoghurt 4 Paws out of 4 Paws (cause that’s all I’ve got…)

You can buy Noosa Yoghurt throughout Colorado at King Soopers Markets, the market that embraces Colorado Fresh.
