It’s been a cheddar week around The Manse; The Lady found a cache of cheddars and has been treating The Man and moi to some pretty nifty ones. We have enjoyed Boxing Cheddar before; named after the Kangaroo’s favorite pastime… or so Australian Outback legends asserts… The Lady paired this tasty, full-flavored cheddar with quince paste and a few Georgia Pecans sent to us by Miss Anne who lives in the state known for its pecans and its peaches… chop the pecans before adding them to the sammy…
