The Lady leaves for New York tomorrow morning and her reading on the six hour flight will be Clobbered by Camembert, by Award-Winning Writer of the Cheese Shop Mysteries… and my personal cheese friend, Avery Aames. BTW, this greatly annoys me because The Lady shares this series by reading it aloud to me (I can’t master turning the pages without scratching holes in them which annoys The Lady… a lot of annoying to this intimate relationship…)… but I seriously digress…
Avery created her own Grilled Cheese Sammy and today it is our featured grilled cheese… this is one decadent grilled cheese. Avery uses Formager d’Affinois, Mascarpone and Gouda with a little rosemary… whoa… this grilled cheese will knock your socks off… to use an ole school term that The Lady and The Man use… being ole school and all.
