Marcella The Cheesemonger

The Lady’s friend and fellow cheesemonger, Jimme, recently demoed Crave Brothers Fresh Mozzarella with peach slices and fresh mint. The Lady decided to use his idea and created a refreshing salad today.

The peaches were very ripe and sweet and the mozzarella a perfect palette for the Nectave and balsamic reduction.

Here’s what she did:

Ingredients:

2 Fresh, Ripe Peaches

1 8 ounce Crave Brothers Fresh Mozzarella Ball, cubed

1 Sprig of Chocolate Mint, leaves only, chopped (from her garden)

Nectave, 100% organic agave nectar

Balsamic Reduction

Preparations:

The Lady sliced the peaches and arranged them in a bowl creating a hollow area in the center.

She filled the hollow area with the cubed mozzarella.

She then sprinkled with the chopped mint; drizzled with Nectare and finished with a balsamic reduction.
