Guilde des Fromagers Induction – Denver 2017

Last month, I had the great honor of being inducted into the New World Chapter of the International Guilde des Fromagers.

Founded in 1969 in France, the Guilde’s mission is to protect and judge cheese throughout the world by continuing education and passion for all cheeses.

The New World Order was founded in 2012 and succeeds under the guidance of Cathy Strange, President and David Gremmels, Vice President and the many members of our wonderful community known as “Cheese”.

I am honored and humbled and thank David Gremmels and the Guilde for finding me worthy of this recognition.
