Joy Park Ascher ACS CCP™ Bio

My background is in cultural resource management with a degree in Anthropology. I stumbled upon cheese after picking up work with Whole Foods. I had the pleasure of working with a passionate and wonderful group of mongers and became engaged in a whole new field.

I work at the Cerrillos Whole Foods in Santa Fe, New Mexico as the Specialty Team Leader. A typical day involves working with a diverse team of foodies to provide customers with the best selection of cheeses, wines, charcuterie, and other specialty items available to us.
