I grew up in the Midwest and we had a cabin in Wisconsin. While my brother couldn’t wait to go waterskiing, I could not wait to go to the cheese factory. Cheese has always been part of my life. I remember being about 7 years old and letting cheese melt on my tongue to fully taste it. That was when I realized how important cheese was to me.
I work for Emmi Roth USA and a typical day is some form of selling cheese. I speak with many different people across the country. The best part is having friends as my customers and as my co-workers. I’m quite fortunate.
