In June 2013, we began interviewing Cheese Makers from the United States and around the world. Many of them I know; some I contacted “blind” and a few came through referrals. 2014 became a hiatus year from interviewing and new interviews resumed in 2015 and will continue throughout the year. In addition to these interviews, I am also conducting Virtual Q&A’s with ACS CCP™s and other Cheese Professionals during 2015 and you can access the entire list here.
