“I have 20+ years of experience in retail, catering and food industry in which I put together retailer cheese programs, conducted training seminars for their cheesemongers along with creating programs for other lines I handled. I became a Certified Cheese Professional in 2015. I have since supported ACS by proctoring the CCP exam, serving on the ACS member services committee, volunteered at the GABF for the ACS booth. I judged at the Salon du Fromage in Paris in 2016. I created and manage my company with a staff promoting for cheesemakers, specialty product manufacturers. I put on private cheese events and catering. I teach cheese at the University of Utah and other venues. I am honored to support the Cheese Study Group to help future CCP candidates prepare for the exam and pay forward the support I was given.”
