I first take ginger snap cookies and brown sugar and crumble it up together in a zip lock baggie with a rolling pin or in a food processor. I then layer VBC Fromage Blanc, the crumb mixture and fresh berries (strawberries, rasperries, blueberries- whatever you like) in a parfait glass.]]></description>
