Yesterday, The Lady and 3 of her cheesy friends traveled north of Seattle to Bow, Washington to visit the goats at Gothberg Farms… as is to be expected with humankinds and their silly “No Animals Allowed” regulations… I was left behind…
Even so… on Sunday I will share their adventure with my “It’s Sunday Morning: Time to Talk Cheeses”…
The above photo is one of their favorite pairings from yesterday: Rhonda Gothberg’s creamy, fresh chevre paired with Sully’s Date Jam and served atop Gothberg Farms’ own crackers… I’m told it was luscious…
Today the four cheese nerds plan to head out on a Foodie Tour of Seattle… and once more I’ll be left behind… at least I have The Man… sheesh… no respect…
