April is Grilled Cheese Month: #20 Beecher’s Flagsheep with Vintner’s Kitchen’s Pinot Colada Jam

Once again, The Lady teamed two of our favorite manufacturers together to make a terrific pairing in the form of America’s favorite comfort sammy: a delish grilled cheese sammy.

She sliced some Beecher’s Flagsheep, the perfect combination of cow and sheep milk in a cheddar cheese, with Vintner’s Kitchen’s Pinot Colada Jam. The slight tang of the cheese and the sweetness of the jam come together to create a riot of flavor in your mouth… this is a must for any grilled cheese aficionado… seriously… this is a great sammy… and if you need more convincing… The Man swooned…
