The BIG day has arrived. Since February 15th, the Facebook Cheese Study Group has been raising funds to send worthy cheese professionals to Denver this July to attend the annual American Cheese Society Conference and to sit for the American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional Exam®, the highest United States certified cheese recognition. Our scholarships include the fees to take the exam, transportation and hotel accommodations in Denver, conference fees, plus a stipend for incidentals.
