After becoming an ACS CCP in 2013, I spent the next 5 years creating and compiling hundreds of documents to assist those sitting for the ACS CCP Exam and all Cheese Enthusiasts who wanted to increase their Cheese IQ.  These documents are all posted and linked here.

 I am one of 950+ Cheese Professionals to have earned the prestigious status of American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional.

Objective

To continue my career in the Specialty Food area. To educate, train and share my knowledge of cheese, sales and customer service.

I am retired now but happy to answer questions regarding cheese.

Cheese Study Group Scholarship Fund – I have spearheaded the Scholarship Fund since establishing it in 2017. In 2017 and 2018, the Fund raised more than $18,000 to assist six persons sitting for the ACS CCP Exam (all six passed the exam) and four current ACS CCPs to attend the ACS Conferences in Denver and Pittsburgh. Fund-raising is underway for 2019 Scholarships.
