Currently, the Bullet Point Pages here on the website reflect the ACS BOK from 2015 to 2017 when it consisted of nine domains. With 2018, the American Cheese Society re-vamped the Body of Knowledge into eleven domains.
Between now and April 1st, I will be re-writing my bullet point pages to conform to the new format. Most of the information remains the same; its placement has changed.
