Cabot Premium Boxed Mac n Cheese – Now Available and I’m Giving Away Three Sets

With Cabot Cooperative I’m giving away 3 sets of the Premium Boxed Mac n Cheese (3 boxes in each giveaway) on October 31, 2021. You can enter below through rafflecopter.com app which will tabulate the entries and choose at random 3 winners.

The good folks at Cabot Co-op sent me boxes of their recently released Premium Boxed Mac n Cheese.

Earlier this week, I made the “Seriously Sharp” version. First it is simple to make. The directions of the side are easy to understand and follow. In addition to the organic (yes, organic) pasta in the box and the cheese powder, you only need a little milk (2 – 3 tablespoons) and a little butter (2 – 3 tablespoons). It took about 8 minutes to cook the pasta making the entire process a less than 15 minutes.

It made 2 side dish size bowls (the box says 2.5 servings… but…); one for me and one for The Man… the easy review is… yep… The Man swooned…

“Seriously”, this is a terrific product; extra-creamy with a full-bodied cheddar flavor and so tasty I will be using it rather than making my own from scratch. (Another reason for preferring this is the finished size – I always make too much and end up with more leftovers than The Man and I end up eating.) The Man and I prefer mac n cheese as a side dish making the Cabot mac n cheese perfect size. For families, use a couple boxes and impress your family even after a busy day.

From the Cabot website, some facts about their premium mac n cheese:

  • Made with Cabot’s Seriously Sharp Cheddar and organic pasta.
  • Contains no artificial flavors.
  • 11 grams of protein per serving.
  • Seriously sharp Cheddar contains no rBST
  • Easy, peasy – ready in 15 minutes.

Currently, because this product is new, you can buy online at Dakin Farm. At Dakin Farm you can learn “What Vermont Tastes Like”.

The farm families that own Cabot Creamery Co-operative love what they do. And they’ve been doing it for a long time—every single day since 1919. Now 100 years later, we’re proud of our thriving farms, strong communities, and happy, healthy cows that produce the rich, buttery milk that we use to make Cabot’s award-winning cheese and dairy products. We like to think those awards mean we’re doing something right. Of course, you’re a big part of this too. If you love eating our cheese as much as we love making it, then we’ll get to keep doing what we do for generations to come.

The Man, aka Peter M. Wright, has written his first novel: Gold Fever, available at amazon.com as a kindle book for only $2.99.

Written in the flavor of one of our favorite movies, Romancing the StoneGold Fever is a romantic adventure that brings together an archeologist looking to establish his name in his field and a rock star on the verge of burn-out.

In GOLD FEVER  an Archeologist motivated by a newly discovered clue, searches for a fabled Native American Legend – the long ago lost Seven Golden Cities of Cibola. While the Archeologist seeks to prove the legend is actually true, he is constantly under attack by a second group seeking the treasure.

The Man is currently writing a sequel to Gold Fever. Gold Fever and his non-fiction books are available through Amazon’s lending library.
