cheddar is packed with an abundance of garlic. I paired this bold and tangy cheddar with Kelly’s Pineapple Jalapeno Jelly – hello!!! What a combination of flavors!!! One of the “rules” of pairing is to choose foods that compliment each other without one overpowering the other. The bold garlicky notes of the Vampire Slayer and the fiery sweetness of the Pineapple Jalapeno Jelly taste like they were made for each other. To create a gluten-free treat, I added Blue Diamond’s Nut Thins; made from pecans and almonds.
