Order Your Easter Platters Now and Miss Anne Pimento Cheese for April 22

Gluten-free Cheese Boards Available Upon Request!!!  Order by this Thursday for delivery Saturday!!! Impress your family and friends with cheeses no readily available in NE Georgia!!!

I’ll be making cheese platters for Easter this week. Please order by Thursday, April 14th for delivery Saturday, April 16th. Platters start at $60 for two cheeses plus crackers, jelly, chocolate, nuts and olives or dates. Add charcuterie for $15 more.

Most cheeses are naturally gluten-free as gluten comes from grains (wheat, rye, barley, etc.) and I can’t think of a single cheese that has any kind of added grains. With that in mind, I decided to include gluten-free almond cheese crackers using a recipe at King Arthur Baking. I made a “practice” batch yesterday and learned a few things that I will change in the final crackers I make later in the week for the cheese boards. I will also write a post with links and changes plus tips later this week.

I will be making a batch of cheese crackers this week using flour and Face Rock Creamery’s Extra Aged Premium Cheddar.

Special treat!! My London friends are visiting now and brought my order of UK cheeses from Abel and Cole. All of the cheeses are organic (and gluten-free). Each board this week will contain at least one of these cheeses, which are not readily available in the US and not available in NE Georgia.

Order your boards now and share these special cheeses with your family and friends as you celebrate Spring and Easter Sunday. Boards start at $60 for two cheeses and for a Luxe board of five cheeses with charcuterie and all the goodies that pair well with cheese, the cost is $150. (I can accomodate your needs for boards to fit your budget.) Each order includes a wooden cheese box and cheese bags from Ovtene to extend the life of any leftovers. I sell Ovtene bags at Sweet Combs of Honey in Downtown Lavonia and at my Amazon Influencer Storefront.

The Organic UK cheeses that I offering this week include Comte AOP from Jura Flore Bio; Manchego PDO from Alimentias: Laganory from The Ethical Dairy; Le Gruyere AOP: Parmigiano Reggiano DOP from Montanari Gruzza.; and a selection Godminster Cheddars. Versions of most of these cheeses are available at my Amazon Influencer Storefront.

For delivery April 22nd, I will be making a batch of Miss Anne’s Pimento Cheese Spread: Traditional and Spicy. Miss Anne was my mom and her Pimento Cheese was renown in Lavonia and Franklin County. The recipe was adapted from a family recipe that Lillie Mae, my grandmother made. For years mom would not share the exact recipe with me but finally a few months before her passing, she told me her secret ingredient. One that shall remain with me until one of my children or grandchildren decides they wish to continue the tradition. Miss Anne’s is available in 8 ounce containers for $8 and 16 ounce containers for $15.

To order cheese boards and/or Miss Anne’s PC, call or text me at 360 921 9908 or DM me via Facebook or Instagram. Lead time for the cheese boards is this Thursday, April 14th and for Miss Anne’s PC, please order by Wednesday, April 20th.
